Drive revenue by working directly with customers. You will field inbound inquiries, open new sales opportunities, and help educators, businesses, and independent researchers find the right lab equipment. A good fit if you are comfortable selling technical products and building rapport quickly.
Own the product data every sales channel is built on. You will measure and verify specifications, shoot and edit product photography, and write SEO- and AEO-ready product content that feeds Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and wholesale. A detail-driven merchandising role with scope across the full catalog.
Be the voice customers hear when they reach out. You will handle questions across phone, email, and chat, support orders, quotes, and returns, and answer product questions so every interaction is resolved clearly and quickly. A good fit if you are organized, patient, and comfortable learning technical products.
Shape how the brand shows up across the store and our marketing. You will design on-brand visuals for the website, email, advertising, and product merchandising, applying The Lab Stockroom brand system consistently across channels.
