Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date. Contact us to start a return and we'll issue an RMA number.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping anything back to us. Please contact our team by email or phone to request one.

Return Policy Details

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Products returned beyond 30 days may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of The Lab Stockroom.

Refunds for unused items are processed to the original form of payment or can be issued as store credit. Refunds for used items are issued as store credit only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us about return procedures. All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

International Returns

International customers may return products following the same process outlined above. Please note that any customs fees incurred by The Lab Stockroom on an international return will be deducted from your refund.

PayPal Orders

PayPal refunds made more than 60 days after the original payment are considered new payments by PayPal, and standard PayPal fees for receiving money will apply. The Lab Stockroom will refund the value of the product returned; the total amount received will reflect the refund less any PayPal fees.
