Knife Edge Clamp

The Eisco Labs Knife Edge Clamp is a rigid steel clamp designed to fasten securely onto a meter ruler with a thumbscrew, providing a precise pivot or mass-hanger location for physics experiments. The knife edges align with one edge of the clamp opening so the meter rule scale remains visible, and openings on each side ensure the clamp is set squarely. A metal wire stirrup attached to the clamp serves as a mass hanger. Useful for moments-of-force experiments, balance and lever demonstrations, and centre-of-mass investigations on a standard meter rule.
