Accu-Scope Digital Compound Microscope with HD Camera, EXC-123-HD, 40-1000X

The Accu-Scope EXC-123-HD is a complete microscopy system combining a compound microscope with an HD-Lite camera for advanced study. The microscope features a 360-degree rotatable trinocular viewing head inclined at 30 degrees, paired WF10x/18.5mm eyepieces (one with pointer), diopter adjustment, and a reversed quadruple ball-bearing nosepiece with positive click stops. The optical system uses DIN achromat objectives in 4x, 10x, semi-plan 40xR, and 100xR oil configurations (the latter two spring-loaded), delivering 40x to 1000x magnification. The rackless mechanical stage measures 150 x 139 mm with 75 mm (X) by 32 mm (Y) travel area and vernier scale reading to 0.1 mm. An N.A. 1.25 Abbe condenser on rack and pinion with iris diaphragm and swing-out filter holder provides precise illumination control. Variable LED illumination is UL approved with a rated bulb life of 20,000 hours. The included Excelis HD Lite camera uses a 1/2.5-inch Aptina MT9P031 color CMOS sensor with 2.2-micron pixels, delivering true real-time 1080p HD images via HDMI or USB 2.0. Still image capture reaches 5 megapixels (2592 x 1944), and video records at 15 fps to an included 8 GB SD card or PC. On-board software allows operation without a computer, while the included CaptaVision imaging software (Windows only) provides real-time intelligent flatfield correction, static and dynamic measurements and annotation, automatic counting, extended depth of focus, image stitching, and HDR functionality. A 0.5x c-mount adapter connects the camera to the photo tube. The die-cast aluminum stand includes a built-in fixed focus stop, carry handle, and cord hanger. Coaxial coarse and fine focus controls feature adjustable tension and all-metal gears. The system is ideal for brightfield observation, phase contrast, and simple polarization microscopy. Accessories include HDMI cable, USB 2.0 cable, 12V power adapter, SD card, USB mouse, dust cover, immersion oil, and instruction manual.
