The Eisco Dissecting Microscope is built on a sturdy round base with a jointed revolving arm for easy positioning of the magnifying lens over specimens. The stage features spring clips and an easily removable thick glass plate with provision for inserting a white or black background plate, allowing optimal contrast for dissection and observation. Hand rests support the user's wrists for steady manipulation of fine instruments.
Smooth rack-and-pinion focusing and a plano-concave mirror provide reliable illumination control. Supplied with both 10X and 20X eyepieces and finished in durable black paint — well suited for biology dissection labs and macroscopic specimen study.
