NeuLog Bluetooth and USB Communication Module with Rechargeable Battery

This communication module is the wireless bridge between NeuLog sensors and the device a class is working on, letting students collect and stream experiment data without a wired tether to the computer. It connects a stack of NeuLog sensors to a phone, tablet, PC, Mac, or Chromebook over Bluetooth, or by USB when a direct wired connection is preferred, so the same hardware works across a mix of classroom devices.

An integrated 2300 mAh rechargeable battery powers the module and the connected sensors, freeing an experiment from wall power and making the setup portable for fieldwork or for moving between lab stations. The module charges over the included USB cable, which also serves as the wired data connection.

Paired with the NeuLog software, the module supports real-time data streaming, configuring experiments, logging data over a set period, and analyzing results with the software’s built-in analytical tools. Companion apps are available at no cost from the Android and iOS app stores, and the module also connects the NeuLog SENSE robot to Android and iOS devices through the NeuLog or RobocklySense apps, extending the same interface into robotics and coding activities. It works as the central link in a NeuLog sensor system, with the sensors themselves selected and purchased separately to match the experiment.
