This straight adapter cone is manufactured from 3.3 borosilicate glass and features a 14/23 cone with a size 13 screw thread. The screw cap accepts tubing with a diameter of 6 to 7mm. The adapter measures 3 inches (75mm) in length.
Borosilicate 3.3 glass construction provides autoclavable performance with superior chemical durability. The glass withstands high temperatures and thermal shocks, with heat tolerances rated at a Strain Point of 515°C, Annealing Point of 565°C, and Softening Point of 820°C.
