This is a single prepared microscope slide containing a Proteus vulgaris smear. Proteus vulgaris is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium commonly found in the intestinal tracts of animals and humans, and is known to cause urinary tract infections. The slide measures 75mm wide by 25mm long, is expertly prepared and labeled for easy identification, and arrives in a protective cardboard casing.
