Stoppered Calcium Chloride U-Form Absorption Tube, 125 x 25mm, Borosilicate Glass

This Eisco Labs U-form Calcium Chloride Absorption Tube is constructed from borosilicate glass with side tubes. The limbs are closed by hollow ground-in key stoppers that, when rotated, open or seal the side tubes. The tube measures 150mm in length and 25mm in diameter. Calcium chloride absorption tubes are used to remove moisture from gas streams during gravimetric analysis and gas collection experiments. The U-form maximizes contact time between the gas and the desiccant. Suitable for quantitative chemistry laboratories and classrooms.
