This economy Meker burner is designed for applications requiring higher temperatures than a standard Bunsen burner can produce. The burner features a perforated mesh plate on a nickel-plated burner tube with a stopcock for gas flow control.
The tapered bottom of the burner tube is mounted on a cast base with a riffled gas inlet tube measuring 10mm outer diameter. The burner plate diameter is 25mm. The overall height is 175mm, and the base diameter is 80mm. The unit weighs approximately 680g.
