Beaker, 150ml - Tall Form - Graduated - Borosilicate Glass

This 150mL beaker is made from heavy duty borosilicate 3.3 glass in a tall form, with white printed graduations marked every 25mL and a spout for pouring. The tall form gives a narrower footprint and a smaller liquid surface area than a low form beaker of the same capacity, which saves bench space and slows evaporation during extended heating. The beaker stands 3.7 inches tall with an inner diameter of 52.2mm and an outer diameter of 54mm. Uniform wall thickness provides strength against breakage and prevents thermal stress concentrating at a thin point. The graduations are working reference marks rather than a calibrated scale. The beaker is microwavable and autoclavable, with a strain point of 515°C, an annealing point of 565°C, and a softening point of 820°C.
