This 50 ml Squibb-style separating funnel is made from borosilicate glass and features a PTFE key stopcock for precise flow control. The funnel has a 14/23 size socket and includes an interchangeable plastic stopper. The funnel is ungraduated.
The funnel measures approximately 8 inches long and 2.25 inches wide, with a neck diameter of approximately 0.6 inches. The borosilicate glass construction is autoclavable with superior chemical durability. Heat tolerances are: Strain Point 515°C, Annealing Point 565°C, and Softening Point 820°C.
