Short Stem Stout-Walled Thistle Funnel, Borosilicate Glass

This short-stem thistle funnel is made from borosilicate 3.3 glass with stout walls and a stem drawn off to a small diameter. The outer diameter of the bowl measures 50mm with a 41mm mouth opening. Thistle funnels are used for filling burettes, barometer tubes, manometers, and other narrow-necked apparatus. The wide bowl collects liquid for gravity-fed delivery through the narrow stem. The short stem version is suited for setups where space is limited or where the funnel is inserted directly into a stopper.
