5-Pack Gooch Porcelain Crucibles with Glazed Surface, 30mL

This pack of five Gooch crucibles is made from glazed porcelain with a 30 ml capacity each. The crucibles feature a perforated bottom for vacuum filtration applications. Each crucible is glazed inside and outside, with the exception of the outside bottom surface and rim, which are left unglazed. Each crucible has a top outside diameter of 42 mm, an overall height of 40 mm, and a wall thickness of 2 mm. Gooch crucibles are used for gravimetric analysis where precipitates are collected by filtration through the perforated base.
