4" Cast Iron Closed Ring Support

This closed support ring is made from cast iron with a 4-inch inner diameter and a 5/16-inch diameter ring. An integral screw clamp with thumb-screw accepts rods from 5/16 to 5/8 inches in diameter. The extension distance from rod center to ring center is approximately 4.75 inches. The rugged cast-iron construction provides durability for supporting apparatus over heat sources. Suitable for holding wire gauze, crucibles, beakers, and other vessels in laboratory setups.
