This nickel-plated sampling tong measures 8.25" long and features a 1" spoon that splits in half vertically, making it useful for collecting hot samples of thick materials. The scalloped spoon design splits into a quarter scallop per side.
The tong is designed for safe handling of mercury and other materials that require careful, controlled collection. The nickel plating provides corrosion resistance for laboratory use.
