This splash head is a vertical pear-shape adapter manufactured from heavy-duty borosilicate 3.3 glass. It features 14/23 socket and 14/23 cone ground joints for compatibility with standard-taper distillation glassware, and measures 7" overall.
Well suited to distillation setups where boil-over must be prevented from reaching a condenser. Autoclavable with superior chemical durability; heat tolerance: strain point 515°C, annealing point 565°C, softening point 820°C.
