Meker Natural Gas Bunsen Burner with Cast Iron StabiliBase and Gas Flow Control

This Meker Bunsen burner is designed for natural gas and produces a shorter, hotter flame than traditional Bunsen burners. The expanded Meker-type top features a Monel stabilizing and heat-intensifying grid measuring approximately 1.75" in diameter, concentrating the flame for more efficient heating, sterilization, and combustion work. The burner is equipped with a brass flame stabilizer tip and two independent adjustments: a threaded air flow control to regulate oxygen drawn into the tube, and a gas adjustment underneath the burner. The natural gas Meker burner has a BTU range of approximately 600–1100, with a maximum temperature of approximately 1780°C (3236°F). The serrated inlet arm accepts 6–8mm tubing. The cast iron StabiliBase measures 4.5" x 4.5" with feet spaced at all four corners for stability, even when hoses are connected. A cast-in "candlestick holder" handle allows safe repositioning of the burner during use. The burner stands 8.5" tall.
