The Electricity System 2 Physics Kit is a supplemental kit to Electricity System 1, providing 51 components including a circuit board along with transformer coils, relays, and motors needed to investigate core concepts in introductory electricity. Students can explore experiments involving step-up and step-down transformers, DC motors in series and parallel configurations, linked motors, and relay circuits.
An experiment guide covering nine activities is included: The Step-Up Transformer, The Step-Down Transformer, The DC Motor, Two Motors in Series, Two Motors in Parallel, Linked Motors, SPDT Switch, Two SPDP Switches, and The Relay. Note that the Electricity System 1 Physics Kit is required to perform the activities in this kit.
