Garage Physics Soda Can Center of Mass Kit

The Soda Center of Mass Kit from the Garage Physics series demonstrates the principles of balance, stability, and center of mass by balancing a full two-liter bottle cantilevered at an angle with only indirect support. The kit is accessible to young children yet provides sufficient depth to engage high school students. The kit includes a balance board, lever arm, pencil, cardboard storage box, and instructions for assembly and experimental activities. A two-liter bottle (full or empty) is required but not included. The wood components are precision-cut birch veneer plywood.
