This Still Air Box mushroom growing box measures 22.5 inches long by 16 inches deep by 12.75 inches high with a 54-quart interior volume. The box features a tight gasketed lid with four latches for easy access, and two 4-inch front-facing arm ports with removable flanges spaced for comfortable manipulation. Six disposable arm sleeve covers are included. The Still Air Box is an economical alternative to laminar flow hoods for mycologists and microbiologists, providing a clean work environment for preparing and inoculating media when establishing mushroom cultures. The hard-sided transparent plastic chamber is easy to wipe down. Additional culturing supplies (Potato Dextrose Agar, sterile petri dishes, inoculating loop, isopropyl alcohol) are recommended for use but not included.
