Equilibrium and Le Chatelier's Principle Lab Kit for 15 Setups

This experiment kit from Innovating Science explores equilibrium and Le Chatelier's principle through four different experiments. Students apply various stresses to chemical systems at equilibrium and use their understanding of Le Chatelier's principle to explain the resulting changes. The kit contains materials for 15 groups. Included chemicals are bromothymol blue (25mL), sodium hydroxide 0.1M (50mL), hydrochloric acid 0.1M (25mL), potassium thiocyanate solution (150mL), ferric nitrate solution (25mL), potassium thiocyanate crystals (15g), sodium phosphate crystals (15g), copper (II) sulfate solution (150mL), ammonium hydroxide 1M (100mL), hydrochloric acid 1M (25mL), and methyl red (50mL). Materials needed but not supplied include test tubes, rubber stoppers, test tube racks, club soda, 60mL syringes with Luer Lock valves, 100mL beakers, and plastic pipettes.
