Enzymes and the Process of Digestion Small Group Learning Kit for 5 Groups

This Enzymes and the Process of Digestion kit introduces students to the digestive process through a series of hands-on activities. Students expose compounds to different digestive enzymes to assess their relative efficacy, learning about enzyme function, specificity, and the role enzymes play in converting nutrients into forms usable by the body.
