This 200 mL bottle of 2.0% agarose is optimized for resolving small DNA fragments in the 0.1–5 kb range, making it well suited for PCR product analysis and similar electrophoresis applications. Preparation is straightforward: melt the agarose in a water bath or microwave, pour into a gel casting tray, and allow it to solidify.
Ready-to-melt formulation saves preparation time compared to mixing dry agarose powder. For laboratory use only.
