NeuLog Motion Logger Sensor

The NeuLog Motion Logger Sensor uses an ultrasonic transducer to transmit ultrasonic waves and measure the time of the echo return, determining the distance to an object placed in front of it. Using the module software, the sensor can also calculate velocity and acceleration from the distance data, providing three distinct operating modes. In Distance mode, the sensor covers a range of 0.25 to 6 meters with 5mm resolution at 10-bit ADC resolution and a maximum sample rate of 100 samples per second. Velocity mode measures plus or minus 10 m/s with 0.02 m/s resolution, while Acceleration mode covers plus or minus 100 m/s squared with 0.08 m/s squared resolution. Both derived modes share the same 10-bit ADC resolution and 100 samples per second maximum rate. Experiment duration can be set from 1 second to 31 days. Connection hardware is required and sold separately.
