Bell in Vacuum Jar, Acrylic, 4-6V DC

The Eisco Bell in Vacuum Jar apparatus demonstrates that sound requires a medium to propagate by playing an electric bell inside an evacuated acrylic jar. As air is gradually removed with a vacuum pump (sold separately), students hear the bell sound diminish and disappear, providing a vivid illustration of sound transmission and Boyle's Law principles. The bell operates on 4–6V DC. A vacuum pump is required for operation but is not included with this purchase.
