Convection Tube with Filling Funnel, 6 x 10"

This convection tube is made from heavy-duty borosilicate 3.3 glass and fitted with a filling funnel. The apparatus measures 6 inches wide, 10 inches long (including filling funnel), and approximately 0.8 inches in diameter. Demonstrates the convectional movement of heated liquids. Required materials not included: a holder to mount the tubing upright (clips with rod and retort base work), colored dye, and a Bunsen burner. Suitable for physics classrooms studying convection and heat transfer.
