Equilateral Acrylic Prism, 75 x 25mm

This equilateral prism is made of clear acrylic and measures 3 inches (75mm) long with each face measuring 1 inch (25mm). It is designed for physics education and optical experiments, including demonstrations of light refraction and wavelength separation. The prism will refract white light into a visible spectrum using any standard light source, including a smartphone LED. For a clear demonstration, users can create a narrow slit in a black piece of paper, place it in front of the light source to form a light ray, and direct it through the prism to project a rainbow on a target surface. Moving the target farther from the prism produces a larger rainbow with more distinct color separation. As these prisms are designed for educational use, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present but do not affect optical function.
