This acrylic prism set features narrow isosceles triangle prisms each measuring 15 x 60 x 20mm (base x height x thickness). When placed base-to-base the prisms simulate a convex lens, and vertex-to-vertex they simulate a concave lens. Designed to provide a progression of ideas from the principles of refraction in prisms to the properties of lenses. Suitable for physics classroom optics demonstrations.
