This ray box features a metal case with an integrated magnetic base that allows it to be securely mounted on metal surfaces such as tables, optical benches, magnetic boards, or workbenches. The variable focus design produces five parallel light beams, with a simple shutter system allowing one or more beams to be blocked off as needed. Equipped with a 12V, 21W bulb. Ideal for physics classroom demonstrations of optics principles including reflection, refraction, lens behavior, and prism dispersion.
