This pair of polarizing sheets is mounted in 50 x 50mm square plastic frames, with the polarized film sheet inside each frame measuring 45 x 23mm.
When oriented at varying angles to one another, the polaroid pair demonstrates the polarization of light, with light transmission varying from maximum (parallel) to nearly zero (crossed). Suitable for physics classrooms studying optics and polarization.
