The Eisco Labs Aluminum Tuning Fork Set provides eight scientific-pitch tuning forks tuned to C4 = 256Hz (the binary-friendly scientific tuning standard) for use in physics experiments on pitch, frequency, resonance, beats, and standing waves. The set includes C 256Hz (7 1/8"), D 288Hz (6 3/4"), E 320Hz (6 5/8"), F 341.3Hz (6 1/2"), G 384Hz (6 3/16"), A 425.6Hz (5 15/16"), B 480Hz (5 11/16"), and C 512Hz (5 9/16"). Each aluminum-shank fork is supplied in a wooden case with foam inserts for protection during storage and transport.
