This high-power 20W xenon stroboscope provides bright white light at frequencies in three ranges: 1-10 Hz, 10-100 Hz, and 100-250 Hz. Energy output per flash is 1.3J on the 1-10 Hz range, 0.2J on the 10-100 Hz range, and 0.1J on the 100-250 Hz range. The cylindrical mirror behind the tube produces an even spread of light. The triggering system can produce flashes from contact opening or input from mechanical switches, light sensors, or sound switches. The short flash duration produces sharp images of fast-moving objects. Suitable for use with vibration generators in physics experiments. Mains operated with 1.8m cable, illuminated on/off switch, and 250mA fuse.
