Product Description

These Alnico bar magnets are standard magnets for science education use. Alnico magnets are made from an alloy of aluminum, nickel, and cobalt, providing strong permanent magnetism with good temperature stability. The bar shape produces a well-defined magnetic field that is useful for comparing magnet strengths between different shapes and materials, mapping field lines, and conducting hands-on magnetism experiments in the classroom.
