2-Plate Magnetic Field Demonstrator Set

This Magnetic Field Demonstrator set includes 2 transparent plastic plates, each measuring 153 x 76 x 6mm with a matrix of 98 (14 x 7) small circular chambers. Each chamber contains an iron rod that functions as a plotting compass. The plates can be arranged as a single large two-dimensional surface, as faces of a cube, or in other configurations to show magnetic field patterns in one or two dimensions. The transparent design also makes them suitable for use on an overhead projector. Magnet not included. Suitable for physics classrooms studying magnetism and magnetic fields.
