Product Description

This electromagnetic demonstration apparatus is designed for showing the action of a magnetic field on a current-carrying conductor. The base is fitted with a metal rod that has a fixing point for the conductor, which is linked to a flexible wire attached to the socket of the platform. A magnet is placed on a support, and the unit is fitted with 4 mm connecting sockets. When current flows through the conductor in the presence of the magnetic field, the resulting force on the conductor can be directly observed, illustrating the motor effect and the principles underlying electromagnetic force.
