Dry Field Mapping Kit for Electric Field Visualization

This dry field mapping kit provides the components needed to visualize electric fields generated by electrodes of your own design. Draw electrodes on conductive graph paper using the included conductive paint, connect a battery to generate the electric fields, and use a multimeter or voltmeter to map equipotential surfaces. Connect the equipotential lines to generate electric field patterns. The kit contains conductive paint, conductive graph paper (25 sheets), matching non-conductive graph paper (100 sheets), leads with alligator clips, metal and plastic push pins, a D-cell battery holder, a corkboard, a circle template, and a protractor. A D-cell battery and digital multimeter are required but not included. Suitable for classroom use and ages 8 and up.
