Interscale Demonstration Meter, 5mA / 100mV FSD

The Eisco Labs Demonstration Meter is designed to illustrate the working principles of AC and DC ammeters, voltmeters, and galvanometers using interchangeable plastic scales (sold separately, PH1118A through PH1118O). A magnetically damped, spring-controlled moving coil movement is housed in a plastic case with Perspex front and rear panels for clear visibility from across the classroom. The meter has a sensitivity of 5mA / 100mV FSD with ±2.5% accuracy. A pair of 4mm socket terminals on the side accepts voltage and current inputs, and a zero-adjustment control plus a pointer locking system protects the movement during transit. The meter measures approximately 12" tall, 12" wide, and 6" deep, with scales of approximately 7.75".
