This 4-prong, cork-lined laboratory clamp is mounted on a 5.5-inch stainless steel connecting rod (10mm diameter) and accepts apparatus measuring up to 3.4 inches (8.5cm) in diameter. The clamp features solid zinc die-cast construction with non-toxic powder coating, with thread-fitted actuating joints and screw adjustment for precise gripping pressure.
The cork-lined prongs provide a cushioned, slip-resistant hold suitable for beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, test tubes, boiling flasks, and burettes. A separate boss head holder (sold separately) is required for attaching the clamp to a support frame. The cork lining is not recommended for direct heat exposure.
