Premium Diffraction Grating, 300 Lines/mm

This premium diffraction grating has a ruling of 300 lines per millimeter and is mounted in a tough plastic slide frame measuring 50 x 50 mm. The grating aperture is 36 x 24 mm. Diffraction gratings are used in physics and optics experiments to separate light into its component wavelengths. The 300 L/mm ruling provides adequate dispersion for classroom demonstrations of diffraction, interference, and spectral analysis.
