Inclined Plane Kit, Alternate Model - Visual Scientifics

This Inclined Plane experiment kit from the Visual Scientifics series includes the components needed to explore concepts of mass and speed, kinetic and potential energy, dynamic equilibrium, work-energy theorem, and unbalanced forces. The kit contains an inclined plane, car, pulley, nylon cord, support rod, and sliding protractor with metal bob. A laboratory manual and student worksheet are included, covering approximately 2-3 hours of classroom or laboratory activities aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards. Note that the Visual Scientifics Magnetic Base (sold separately) is required for the experiments described in the manual. Additional recommended accessories, including a photogate system, hooked mass set, and video camera, are also sold separately.
