This magnetic molecular model set contains all the components needed to study combustion reactions of carbon, methane, and butane. The atom models can be mounted on magnetic boards for classroom demonstrations. The set includes magnetic atoms (two carbon with 0 holes, two carbon with 2 holes, and two carbon with 3 holes, each 38 mm), non-magnetic atoms (seventeen hydrogen with 0 holes at 30 mm, six oxygen with 0 holes at 38 mm, and three carbon with 3 holes at 38 mm), and ten magnetic links. All parts are organized in a single-compartment plastic storage case.
